check ac system pressures, compressor operation, etc. found low system charge. perform inspection, found a/c line at the compressor leaking and ac service ports leaking. r&r ac hose assembly (compressor to condenser and evaporator), perform ac system recharge procedure, recheck for leaks, and verify that the ac system functions normally. after the repair it was found that the HVAC control head temperature control has an internal issue causing the temperature to switch from hot to cold. replacement part has been ordered. advised customer
