- test battery, charging system, battery cables, perform starter draw test, etc. no problems found at this time. problem could not be duplicated
- found power steering fluid aerated, found power steering return hoses leaking/deteriorated. replacement will be required to correct the problem. Also found rear main oil seal leaking r&r all (4) power steering return hoses, power steering pump to reservoir o-ring, clean/degrease, refill fluid, road test vehicle, and recheck
