- transfer case service.drain and refill fluid
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Check operation of exterior lights
- r&r driver side turbocharger cooling lines connector fittings and repair broken exhaust studs. includes r&r turbocharger to gain access
- r&r air fuel ratio sensors
- r&r front brake pads,rotors,calipers,bleed brake system, and road test vehicle
- check rear differential fluid. fluid checks OK
- tighten brake lines, perform complete brake system bleeding procedure, and recheck all connections after road test
